WHITNEY WARMAN: Hi, my name is Whitney Warman. And I am an accredited business resolution specialist.
SPEAKER 1: And why do they think BBB is a better place to work?
WHITNEY WARMAN: One of my favorite things about working at BBB is being able to work with excellent individuals.
SOPHIA REYES: Yes, it’s work, but it’s more than that. I really enjoy getting up and walking to my office to go to work every morning. It’s my team.
ZAN DEERY: This is really a unique niche of work as a not-for-profit organization but as one of the oldest brands in the country.
SPEAKER 1: That all adds up to create a truly better culture, one that places the priority on its people.
REBECCA BROOKS: I would say the main thing about our culture that I love is everyone is friendly. They’re inviting. They’re willing to talk. And we really have a great work-life balance.
WHITNEY WARMAN: I am supported in putting my family first.

PAUL SHEPHERD: The BBB brought us together at a camp in Colorado and it was two days of just fun we had food, entertainment, lots of outdoor activity. Good time to meet other teammates, and that was just one of the things that our company does to build culture.
SPEAKER 2: Am in the right spot?
SPEAKER 3: Yeah.
ZAN DEERY: I really feel like the employers care about their employees to want to bring you together like that to make a difference.
DIXIE PEREZ: I’m a big fan of an organization that doesn’t lose track of its people, even though the bottom line is obviously, the bottom line.

Better Careers.
(SPEECH)
SPEAKER 1: Your current role, your next role, growing your career is important to you. So it’s important to us.
REBECCA BROOKS: The thing that BBB really helped is they came alongside me at every step of the way and helped to develop my career into what it is today. I had mentors along the way that really helped guide and lead me and made me into the manager that I am today.
SOPHIA REYES: To me, a career is something that you really enjoy doing, something you can see yourself doing for a long period of time. And it brings joy to your life, not just something you show up for. I mean, this is a career that I enjoy. I enjoy helping people solving problems. And this does all of that.
BEN ANDERSON: BBB gave me an opportunity to grow, just to build a skill set to build knowledge and be able to utilize that to be able to move into a role where then I get to help other people build their own skill set, build their own knowledge, and find their own success. So BBB helped me not only grow myself, but then gave me the platform to help other people get to where they want to be.
PAUL SHEPHERD: I’ve been at the BBB for 20 years. And it is a career. I chose the BBB because it’s very unique.
SPEAKER 1: Your better career starts here at BBB.
