Job Title: Account Management Representative

Wage Range: $22.50 – $25.50

At BBB, we believe in helping businesses thrive with trust at the center of everything we do. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, solution-driven Customer Success Partner who’s passionate about building relationships and turning great businesses into even better ones!

In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our Accredited Businesses (ABs)—their strategist, and trusted advisor. From onboarding to renewal (and everything in between), you’ll provide top-tier consultative support that helps our partners maximize the value of their accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted guide, delivering proactive outreach that drives business success.
  • Host regular check-ins, share strategic insights, and keep your caseload thriving.
  • Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities.
  • Spot red flags before they wave—develop retention strategies that win hearts (and renewals).
  • Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence—across email, phone, or Zoom.
  • Stay up to date on policies, best practices, and everything in between.
  • Keep our database squeaky clean and packed with the most accurate info possible.
  • Jump into our 740 Benefit Queue with professionalism and heart.
  • Tackle special projects.
