Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator (In-Office Role)

Starting Rate: $21/hour

Location: Meridian, Idaho

At Better Business Bureau, we’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator whose voice will help lead the way in delivering trust and clarity to the community. In this role, you’ll be the first connection the public has with our organization—answering calls, responding to emails and live chats, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver outstanding customer care via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and neutral information about BBB policies, business profiles, complaints, and reviews.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all BBB programs, policies, and procedures—and stay alert to changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy by creating and updating business records with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Log all interactions clearly and consistently to support team-wide visibility and coordination.
  • Support your team by assisting with overflow tasks and participating in regular check-ins and meetings.
  • Be a vital part of warning the public about potential scams or suspicious activities when identified.
