What You’ll Do:

  • Mid-Market Business Expert: Excel in helping small to medium sized US business owners connect with the resources and insights that support growing their business and reaching important milestones. This includes helping business owners and marketing teams at potential BBB accredited businesses utilize the BBB toolsets to impact their business through online reputation, growing their customer base and risk mitigation.
  • Outbound Sales Excellence: Drive growth by engaging with business leaders through calls, emails, and social media, promoting the value of BBB Accreditation.
  • Omni-Channel Sales Strategy: Employ various sales channels, from outbound calls to online meetings and in-person engagements, to connect with and convert prospects.

What Will Drive Success:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business owners.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and sales intelligence tools.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a college degree or relevant sales training is desirable.
