Better Business Bureau (BBB) seeks a dedicated and charismatic Account Management Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing relationships with our accredited businesses (members). Your primary responsibility will be to make sure these businesses feel supported, understood, and valued through your proactive and strategic engagement. We believe in empowering our team to create and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our accredited businesses, lending to their brand loyalty and retention. Our focus is on innovation, excellence, and setting the benchmark in our industry.

Here’s a glimpse of the fun stuff you’ll get to do as an Account Management Representative at BBB:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with accredited businesses.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory and pulse-check phone calls.
  • Attend in-person meetings and industry events to represent our company.
  • Engage with businesses through various communication channels to understand and address their needs and concerns.
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to retain businesses and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with client needs.
  • Provide insightful feedback from clients to improve our services and offerings.
  • Track and report on account management metrics and progress.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with navigating CRM platforms, computer software, and account management tools.
